A Palestinian terrorist group in Gaza launched a rocket that landed near a school. In retaliation the Israeli government launched airstrikes against Gaza, and eyewitnesses say that their are no injuries from them. The rocket is said to have come from a small military group that claims to be inspired by ISIS, but not officially connected.
Tensions are definitely still fired up between the Palestinians, and Israelis. I think that the wisest thing to do would be to try to split up the land between them, and while we have tried it before, Israel, with the help of the United States could post an active military along the stream of people that are moving into what would be Palestine, and Israel. This would also definitely take a lot of cooperation from the people, and it might not work, but it could solve this seemingly indefinite problem.

I think everyone who has ever tried to broker peace between the Israelis and the Palestinians would agree that the two-state solution is the only real path to peace. In fact, the Oslo Accords were supposed to be a prelude to such a solution, but things didn't go according to plan. One thing that has to happen, for sure, for there to be a peace agreement, is that the Palestinian leaders have to show some willingness and ability to control terrorists in their midst. Israel does not take threats lightly, whether we think they're justified or not.
