What does it mean to be an "active citizen"?
 I think it means that you need to be willing to defend and support the nation whether from the outside or from within. It also means that you should follow the laws respectfully and only break them when they infringe on your rights.

Describe the government that Mosiah set up.  How did it function?
 Mosiah set up a government with lots of less powerful judges and a few powerful judges. If one or some major judges were corrupt, then the lesser judges would kick them out. If some or even all of the lesser judges then the major judges would kick out the corrupt ones.

Propose a government that is different from ours, but still balanced and based on
 freedom principles.
 I want the government to be ultimately responsible to the people and should always be morally correct. there should only be enough power to do what the people allow them to do and if the government takes more power the people should kick them out. I also think that electoral colleges should be representatives of our votes not just look at our votes as just advice.
