Governments

What it means to be an active citizen is stating what you believe and striving to make your country the best it can be and knowing what's going on in your country. 

In Mosiah's "government", everyone was more responsible and had good morals to guide them in their lives. They also had God in their government which I think is key to have anything function. God gave us everything and he wants to bless us with freedom and prosperity, we just have to make sure he's a part of our lives. 

A government that could work is giving more power to the individual. If you had a government like we have now but you wouldn't vote all of your representatives into office you would rotate people like they do for Jury duty. And example is congress. However, this society would only function if everyone was very informed and if everyone had a very strong moral compass.
