On the main roads of Xi'an, China they have begun marking certain parking spots near to public bathrooms yellow, for those drivers who just need a quick potty break. This way drivers who are in a rush to get somewhere but just need the bathroom can take a stop without spending extra time finding a parking spot or walking from their parking spot. You can only park in these designated spots for 15 minutes without being fined, so better be quick!

Sometimes I think those would be useful in America, because whenever I show up at one the minimum time I have to wait is about one eternity. Sometimes I find myself seriously contemplating picking the lock to make sure they didn't fall down the toilet and get stuck.
