Here we go!

This is going to be an awesome project!  Here's a quick overview of how to win at this project:

Each week you will have readings, videos to watch, and a blog to post to. These are your ticket into class. Be sure to do them before Wednesday. Each week I will send you the week's assignments.

Each of you will sign up for two weeks where you will give a presentation.  After you sign up I will post the schedule to the blog. I'll give you the subject, but the presentation itself is up to the you.  You can sing a song; write a poem; create a written farce; create a drawing or painting; use clay, legos, k'nex or blocks to make a pertinent creation; create a video; deliver a monologue; make a game; tell about a book that brought the subject alive for you; relate an experience; make a simulation; etc. etc.  Each presentation should take 5-7 minutes. The youth mentors will be doing the first presentations as an example of how you can do them.

The first class will be held on November 14th, which gives us a week break.  But in case you want to do the work now and take the break next week, here are the assignments to prepare for the 14th:

  Post:    Convince an atheist that Religious Freedom benefits everyone
