Russia is super stoked about Trump getting elected. This could be good or bad. This could make the U.S. have stronger relations with the Russians. Which would help with the making of peace treaties in Syria, but it could also mean we start to switch sides of the fight. In the past we have been, more or less, the leaders of the "good" side. Most would consider Russia on the opposing side. This brings up the question of whether or not we should compromise with Russia at all.

You've nailed it Josh. It's hard to say whether this is good or bad. We're just going to have to wait and see, just like so many other things about President Trump. (I just gagged as I typed those two words together.)
