The Philippines police and SWAT agencies have come up with a new way to find drug users, door to door soliciting. This is in retaliation to the massive numbers of illegal drug users, which is around 1.3 Million. The police and swat teams will walk up to a  suspected drug users door and ask them to come quietly. They have been ordered to kill if needed. The result is a massive number of dead bodies. The men that have not been shot have been stuffed like sardines in packages of fifty into a cell where the maximum occupancy is 30.
