Tillerson (secretary of state) is meeting with foreign Cuban minster about probe attacks. They will also be talking about sending in american's to help with the damage from hurricane maria. Tillerson is blaming Cuba for health attacks that have happened to Americans.

Wow! I had no idea this was going on! Our relations with Cuba are an interesting piece of American history, so it will be interesting to see how this plays out now.
