New vehicle that can acelarate... slower.

Tesla has created a car that can accelerate fast, then they made a new mode that made it faster. The next logical mode would make it even faster, but no. Instead they made "Chile mode" which made the cars accelarate slower. I know what mode i will be using! (Hint, It's not the Chile. Who came up with that name anyways?)
