Several Instagram posts were sent out in a California school district. The judge stated that suspensions for the students that had liked and or commented on the post was OK. The posts were seriously racist, not your borderline stuff.

I think schools can pretty much suspend for whatever they want. I think they should do it more often, really, because then maybe students would see their education as a privilege.
