The authorities in south Carolina say that a man survived after being thrown off his bike in an accident and then falling off the 75 foot bridge. The fire department got called about this at 2:45 AM and that they found the guy conscious in a fenced area owned by the city. The firemen had to cut through the fence to reach him.
